Mohindra Cranks is a very large and successful company based near Chandigarh, with around 200 people currently employed.

The company are manufacturers of crankshafts, camshafts, and connecting rods for home and export markets.

Their site covers 6 Acres (80,000 sq/f covered area), and incorporates 300 machines, all imported from UK, USA, and Europe.

 

 

CNC Machine Reconditioner

This work is available to individuals on an employed basis, or to companies on a contract basis.

Must be capable of:

• stripping CNC vertical and horizontal machining centers, grinders, balancing machines, and lathes
• rebuild to manufacturers specification
• upgrade them
• install latest programs
• setting/tooling
• train new operators

Candidates should have Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Minimum of 5 years experience required.

 

CNC Machine Programmer

Including installing latest programs, and setting up of all the functional aspects of CNC vertical and horizontal machining centers, grinders, balancing machines, and lathes.

May also be required to train other operators.

Candidates should have Diploma/Degree and a minimum of 5 years experience.

 

Production Engineer

Experienced person required, who can solve production problems under own initiative.

Will be fully responsible for production planning and quality control.

Candidates should have Diploma/Degree and 8+ years experience.

 

 

Stores Man

Post graduate in stores management with 2 years experience.

Must be computer literate with reasonable typing speed.

Applicants should have experience of cutting tools.

 

 

Personnel and Training Manager/Secretary of Works

Experience preferred.

Responsible for the smooth running of the factory, and the well-being and hands-on training of staff.

Training CNC/Manual machine operators in grinding, turning, drilling, tapping, threading, etc, to high standards.

Must be computer literate, and familiar with MS Office.

 

Accountant

B COM, M COM, or Inter CA Level.

Able to complete all aspects of daily accounting work, and work to trial balance.

Should also be confident with all aspects of product costing.

Ability to use computerized accounts software essential.

5 years experience required .

 

Mechanical Engineer

Must have Diploma/Degree ( position also open to newly qualified people )

Responsible for repair and maintenance of machinery.

Should be dynamic and result orientated.

Ideally 8 - 10 years experience.

 

Internet and EBay Marketing Executive.

2+ years Experience preferred in a similar role.

Must be able to advertise our products and services online effectively.

Also able to source and buy products and parts online.

The successful person will be a good communicator, who is IT literate, with good English and good typing speed.
